Sr. Data Analyst & CRO Specialist

We are looking for a Sr. Data Analyst & CRO Specialist for a successful apparel brand.
Responsabilities
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets
- Provide insights into the website and online marketing performance
- Lead the development and implementation of data-driven CRO strategies to improve the website's conversion rates
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing experiments to identify the most effective design and messaging elements
- Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets
- Assist other teams in gaining access to the right data
- Under guidance, perform basic quantitative or qualitative analyses to support the development of solutions for internal or external client project teams
- Work with the marketing team to identify target audiences and develop personalized messaging strategies
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and development teams to optimize the website's user experience and drive revenue growth (create optimized landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows)
- Automate and improve manual processes to relieve pain points from the team
- Engage with internal stakeholders to gain an understanding of the blockers that need to be solved and gather requirements for analytical tasks
- Extract, load and reconcile large data sets from multiple system platforms and sources
- Utilize SQL or other advanced analytic tools to perform data extract and query functions
- Take ownership and follow up on action plans regarding specific KPIs
- Monitor and report on the performance of CRO initiatives, and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CRO, data analysis, and web design
- Implement and standardize tools, analytical processes, and playbooks
- Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or availabledata elements
How do we imagine you?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics,
Computer Science, or a related field - At least 5 years of experience in data analysis and CRO in an B2C e-commerce
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL,
Python, R, and Excel -
Strong understanding of CRO principles and techniques, including A/B
testing, multivariate testing, and user experience optimization - Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and
Firebase -
Experience with data management platforms such as BigQuery,
Snowflake -
Plus:
- Experience with visualization tools such as Google Data Studio or PowerBI
- Familiarity with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Passion for innovation and facility to work in fast-changing environments
- Good communication skills: able to communicate with different departments and know how to structure information
- Up to date with the latest trends in digital and data
Languages
- Fluent in English & Spanish
