We are looking for a Customer Care and Operations Specialist to join a leading fashion brand renowned for its trendy and comfortable apparel.
Responsabilities
🦑 Act as a contact between corporate/transport/warehouse for the resolution of transportation and warehouse incidents derived from CS.
🚚 Management and resolution of cases related to transportation and warehouse (deliveries and returns).
🏃♂️ Warehouse training for case management.
📊 Analysis of the contact reasons and proposals to improve the delivery/return experience.
How do we imagine you?
⭐ You have already banked 3 years of experience in Customer Service, specially in procedures with operations in a retail / fashion company.
👟 Ability to manage projects autonomously.
🍍 Understanding of core operations processes and their associated solutions.
🔝 An analytical, innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward.
👾 Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI tools.
💭 Fluent in Spanish and English.
