We are looking for a CRM Specialist / Marketing Audiences Manager to join a cars & tech startup.

What would be your responsibilities?

🚗💨Strategy: Define and implement the CRM strategy based on Marketing objectives.

🚗💨Audiences: Define target audiences and build associated automated customer journeys.

🚗💨Test: Develop test & learn strategy to optimize the performance.

🚗💨KPIs: Monitor KPIs and report on relevant KPIs.

🚗💨Calendar: Manage the calendar of CRM actions.

🚗💨 Content: Create and coordinate content with other teams and associate it to each campaign, audience and market.

🚗💨 Set-up automated journeys and A/B testing.

🚗💨Work closely with other teams to align strategy and actions.

🚗💨Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

 How do we imagine you?

🚎 Relevant degree in marketing, ecommerce or related field.

🚎 At least 3 years of proven experience as CRM specialist.

🚎 Expert on CRM best practices: segmentation and creation of customer lifecycles, customer journeys, emailing marketing, deliverability, etc.

🚎 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

🚎 Experience in the automotive industry or subscription services is a plus.

🚎 Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.

🚎 Creative thinker, can-do person who takes on tasks proactively and communicates well within a team.

🚎 Ability to adapt to the extremely fast-moving world of a digital startup business.

🚎 Love being part of a dynamic team in a growing company.

💭 Super fluent in english ✔ ready to have meetings in english 😎
