CRM & Paid Media Manager

We’re looking for a strategic and analytical CRM & Paid Media Manager to join an international brand.
You will lead how to engage with the customers and amplify the brand visibility globally.
This role combines two core missions: using data to build customer loyalty through CRM and scaling awareness via impactful paid media.
On the CRM side, your role is not just to manage campaigns — it’s to turn data into action. You’ll build journeys, define audiences, and launch initiatives based on real-time customer behavior and insights. You’ll also own and evolve our loyalty program, making it a true driver of retention and community.
On the paid media front, your focus will be on awareness and consideration, managing upper-funnel campaigns that introduce the brand to new audiences and reinforce brand perception worldwide.
Your scope
CRM & Loyalty (Data-Driven)
◻️Develop and execute CRM strategies across lifecycle stages: onboarding, retention, win-back, etc.
◻️Use data to segment audiences and trigger relevant communications across email, SMS, and push.
◻️Analyze customer behavior (RFM, churn risk, engagement) and adapt strategies in real time.
◻️Work with BI to create actionable dashboards and customer insights.
◻️Define and evolve the loyalty program, making it data-led and value-driven.
◻️Collaborate cross-functionally (ecomm, retail, product) to deliver an omnichannel experience.
◻️Continuously test, learn, and optimize automated journeys and campaign performance.
Paid Media – Awareness & Upper Funnel
◻️Develop and implement paid media strategies focused on brand awareness and consideration.
◻️Manage media budgets across platforms: Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display, etc.
◻️Brief creative teams with insight-led needs: who we’re targeting, what message resonates.
◻️Track and optimize upper-funnel KPIs: impressions, reach, engagement, video views, CTR.
◻️Collaborate with media agencies or manage campaigns in-house depending on the market.
◻️Align with brand and product calendars to support launches, campaigns, and storytelling.
How do we imagine you?
🟨4–6 years experience in CRM and paid media, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or retail brands.
🟨Data-savvy: you know how to read dashboards, build segments, and act fast on insights.
🟨Strong experience managing loyalty programs and lifecycle marketing and CRM platforms (Klaviyo, etc.).
🟨Solid knowledge of media planning, platforms, and KPIs for awareness campaigns.
🟨Knowledge of paid media strategy with a focus on upper funnel (not just performance).
🟨A strategic thinker with strong execution skills — and a love for testing and iterating.
🟨Highly collaborative, organized, and solution-oriented.
