Loyalty Manager

We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Loyalty Manager to lead the global customer loyalty strategy within an international fashion brand.
This role will play a key part in enhancing customer engagement, strengthening retention, and driving long-term customer value across all channels and markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of the brand’s loyalty and customer engagement initiatives on a global scale.
Design customer-centric experiences and benefits aimed at increasing retention, frequency, and Customer Lifetime Value.
Collaborate with CRM, Digital, Retail, and Brand teams to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Analyze customer data, program performance, and engagement metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Develop customer segmentation strategies to personalize communication and maximize program effectiveness.
Identify new initiatives to improve customer acquisition, data capture, and customer engagement.
Work closely with Data and Tech teams to ensure successful implementation of loyalty-related tools, functionalities, and integrations.
Monitor budgets, timelines, and project execution to ensure efficient delivery of initiatives.
Benchmark trends and best practices in loyalty, CRM, and customer experience within premium and fashion brands.
Prepare strategic reports and insights for senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
Continuously propose innovative ideas to enhance the overall customer experience and maintain a competitive positioning.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
+5 years of experience in Loyalty, CRM, Customer Engagement, or Retention Marketing roles.
Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting customer and performance data.
Background working with CRM and loyalty platforms.
Strong understanding of ommnichannel environments, customer journeys and digital ecosystems.
Experience coordinating projects involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
Fluent English & Spanish is required.
Experience within fashion, luxury, or premium consumer brands.
