We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to join an international fashion brand.

The main goal is to enhance the Marketing channels with a focus on Performance, CRM, Content Marketing and transversal Projects. 

You will have an active voice in the strategy of the online business in +50 countries.

What would it imply?

✅ Define the global digital marketing strategy, roadmap and budget

✅ Manage all performance marketing channels maximizing sales

✅ Lead the creation and launch of special, innovative projects

✅ Monitor the progress to ensure effective ROI. 

✅ Follow relevant KPIs to guarantee goals achievements

✅ Manage the SEO strategy and plan

✅ Liaise with Branding, Art and Communications teams to develop 360 campaigns

✅ Lead, motivate and develop the team to achieve goals

✅ Monitor competitors and provide ideas to stand out

✅ Stay updated with digital technology developments

How do we imagine you?

⭐ With at least 10 years of experience related with Digital Marketing in a pure player environment, incluiding 7 years directly managing and supervising Performance, CRM, Content Marketing and Project Management teams.

⭐ With strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

⭐ You are empathetic and have an ability to maintain solid relationships with stakeholders

⭐ You are passionate about fashion

⭐ International experience is a plus
