We are looking for a International HR for a worldwide well-known fashion brand with a target audience that is highly involved with social media.

What will your typical day look like?

🌍 Brand ambassador: You will be the brand ambassador in the countries under your supervision, transmitting the DNA and values and inspring the local teams with best practices from other markets.

💫 HR Srategies: Co-participate in creating the HR strategies and help implement commercial plans, designing tailor-made projects as well as finding innovatie solutions for local market and business needs. 

🎯 Budget/P&L: you will be responsible for the P&L of the countries with special focus on balancing the personnel expenses and other talent related KPIs.

🏄‍♂️ Talent management: you will ensure excellence in talent attraction and retention for both area and store teams, providing the best employee experience possible as well as planning career and successions plans.

🐙 Made to measure HR solutions: you will pay attention to the customer journey map in each market and propose innovative HR solutions to increase efficiency.

🪂 Support commercial plans: you will work closely with the commercial team to ensure the correct implementation of global operational strategies along with achieving sales objectives.
