Revel is looking for a Native Ads Manager  to join their team.

RESPONSABILITIES:

📍Launch and Operate Ads in Criteo, RTB platforms, Taboola, Outbrain

📍 Manage agencies that will operate Connected TV

📍 Operate, Optimize, Automate and Analyze Ads

📍 Test and iterate creatives, improve product and landing pages, etc

📍 Design A/B testing and implement learning agenda

📍 Coordinate with cross functional teams to provide insights about campaigns to other areas: Sales, Design, Content and Tech

📍 Understand and Follow KPI’s: monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on paid media platforms.

📍 Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of running campaigns

HOW DO WE IMAGINE YOU?

🏄‍♂️ Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience focus on digital performance marketing.

🎯 +2 years of experience planning and evaluating paid digital campaigns; outline clear KPIs and performance measurements for success specific to each campaign.

🏂 Proven track record of improving paid media ROI and implementing best practices.

📍Strong knowledge in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager. Knowledge of Smartly.io is a plus.

💡You know how to tackle the differences between paid social and ppc, understand multi-touch attribution and long conversion windows.

🚘You are interested in subscription models and know how to tackle churn risks.

📈 Ability to identify and track relevant KPIs. Analytical skills. Results-oriented.
