We are collaborating with a fast-growing premium fashion brand to find a strategic and creative Head of Trade Marketing.
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of retail, community, and brand experience — and who’s ready to bring to life a global vision through local impact.
You'll be driving engagement where it matters most: in-store, in-community, and in partnership with key retailers.
Your scope:
▫️Craft and execute trade marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning — turning foot traffic into meaningful brand moments.
▫️Design and roll out community-driven initiatives that spark connection, boost loyalty, and make the stores true cultural hubs.
▫️Ideate and deliver engaging retail experiences, events, and calls-to-action that align with the brand voice and captivate their audience.
▫️Launch unforgettable store opening activations that build buzz, drive visits, and set the tone in new markets.
▫️Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and high-impact rollout.
▫️Develop bespoke marketing activations for their wholesale partners that boost visibility, elevate storytelling, and drive sales.
▫️Track and measure campaign effectiveness — using data to optimize engagement and continually raise the bar.
▫️Team up with sales, product, and brand marketing to ensure the trade strategies support big-picture goals.
▫️Manage the trade marketing budget — ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize brand exposure and community engagement.
▫️Build trusted relationships with wholesale partners and be the go-to person for all things trade marketing within your channels.
What we're looking for:
📍 Location: Madrid (hybrid format) with occasional travel to the brand’s HQ in Alicante.
📊 Experience: At least 4-6 years of experience in trade marekting, retail, or related roles, ideally within the fashion, lifestyle, or beauty industry.

▫️Strong analytical skills — you know how to measure impact, interpret data, and turn insights into action.

▫️Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to collaborate across all levels and departments.
🌍 This is an international brand — fluency in Spanish and English is essential, and any additional language is a welcome bonus.
