We’re looking for a creative, aesthetically driven Brand Experience & Community Engagement Manager to lead a dynamic calendar of in-store events and activations, while amplifying the brand’s presence through thoughtful PR strategies.
This is a hybrid role that blends strategy and execution — ideal for someone who moves confidently between big-picture thinking and hands-on delivery, with a natural understanding of creative communities and cultural conversations.
You’ll be in charge of imagining and producing brand experiences that feel authentic, inspiring, and culturally relevant.
Strong organizational skills, creativity, and a genuine passion for community building and connection will be key to shaping how the brand is lived and felt.
Your scope:
â—½Event Planning: Design and implement a diverse range of events and activations that engage and inspire the community.
â—½Calendar Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive community events calendar, ensuring timely communication of upcoming activities to internal teams and the public.â—½Community Outreach: Build and nurture relationships with local creators, change-makers, and organizations to foster collaboration and ensure a vibrant array of events.
â—½Media Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, and bloggers to secure coverage of events and activations.
â—½Event Promotion: Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to create compelling narratives that promote events across various platforms, maximizing visibility and participation.
â—½Feedback and Reporting: Gather and analyze participant feedback to assess event success and make data-driven recommendations for future activations.
â—½Collaboration: Partner with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing) to align events with overall brand strategy and retail goals.
â—½Budget Management: Manage the budget for events, ensuring cost-effective planning while maximizing impact.
What you bring to the table:
◽ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Cultural Studies, or related field.
â—½ 3+ years of experience in community engagement, event production, cultural programming, or public relations - preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries.
â—½ Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activations simultaneously.
â—½ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and narrative creation.
â—½Digital fluency: Comfortable with social media, influencer outreach, and digital tools to amplify community efforts.
â—½Passion for culture, creativity, and connecting with communities that shape the future of fashion and lifestyle.
â—½KPI-oriented mindset with experience in measuring event impact and optimizing based on data.
