Community Manager

We are looking for a Community Manager to join a cars & tech startup.
What would be your responsibilities?
🏄♀️ Build and maintain strong relationships with the online community across various platforms (forums, threads, X...).
🏂 Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy across multiple platforms (e.g. Direct Messages, Comments of all Social Media platforms, threads, Twitter, Forocoches, google My Business).
👾 Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
🏄♀️🤾♂️⛹️ Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer satisfactions.
✏️ Build scripts for video Creators and Content Creations.
📈 Track and analyze key community metrics to identify trends, measure success, and make data-driven decisions.
💥Organize and participate in virtual and in-person events to foster a sense of community.
📢 Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand brand reach.
🪼 Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in social media community management.
How do we imagine you?
🎓 Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience focus on digital portfolio projects.
⭐ You have already banked 3 years of experience as a Community Manager, Social Media or similar role.
💬 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
👌 Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
🪼 Experience with social media management tools (hootsuite, Sprout Social or similar) is a plus.
😎 With a natural flair for engaging in conversations and crafting compelling messages. Ability to create engaging multimedia content (text, image, and video).
🚗 Experience in the automotive industry or subscription services is a plus.
👾 Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
🚀 Strong understanding of digital media trends, with a good feel for what makes content popular online.
💫 Creative thinker, can-do person who takes on tasks proactively and communicates well within a team.
🐙 Ability to adapt to the extremely fast-moving world of a digital startup business.
🪂 Love being part of a dynamic team in a growing company.
💭 Super fluent in english ✔ ready to have meetings in english 😎
